The prices vary depending on the number of people to each boat and on with children under 12 entilted to a 50% reduction (excluding sailing boats).
Activities:
Never more than 3 feet deep the Meare is the ideal place for children of all ages to explore and have their own adventures. A wide range of boats are avalaible including dinghys (generally suitable for one to two people), larger rowing boats, punts, sailing boats, canoes (for 2 or 3 people) and kayaks (one person).

Sailing boats
Easy to use, these boats can be an ideal introduction to sailing
The Meare is only about 300 yards from the sea. The beach is mostly made up of large pebbles and there is a car park close by. Boating in the lake makes for a great couple of hours and as it is very shallow is really quite safe. Life jackets available although the mere itself is shallow in most areas .
