Claim your FREE listing

  1. When I select Create New Account,
  2. Enter all the details requested for a new account, and click Create New Account button. You will be returned to the home screen, where you will see a message advising you to check your e-mail for further instructions so you can create a password. 
  3. Go to your e-mail address
  4. Clicked the link in the email and create a password and click save.  Once you have created your password, the next page will say "The changes have been saved. Please click here to go to the homepage".
  5. Once you have registered, drop an e-mail and I will allocate your listing to your registered account and I will let you know when it has been done.
  6. Now, you can log in, and click on the gear icon on the top right hand side of the website to access your account. Go to " Manage my listings" where you will be able to edit your listing.

Upgrading to a Premium Listing

  1. Once you claimed your FREE listing, go to the Advertising & Pricing Page. Click on the “Buy Now” button.
  2. Choose the level of subscription you would like to buy.
  3. Add to cart
  4. View cart
  5. Check out
  6. Add coupon (if you have one)

Managing your Premium listing:

  1. Log in

  2. Click on the “gear” icon, (user dashboard) on the top right hand side of the website, to get access to your account.

  3. Select Manage Listings,  

  • Here you will be able to make changes such as such as uploading photos, adding a voucher or changing any information on your listing.  
  • Please remember that images must be at least 1000*1000 pixels. If you have any problems let us know we will help!
  • You will also be able to feature up to 4 listings.    (Boost your listing on top of the search results with a Top Pick banner)  
  1. Go to the “Edit  tab” to change your account settings such as e-mail address and password.

  2. If you would like to add a new listing, go to the homepage and click on “Submit Family Guide” or “Submit Event”

Managing your FREE listing

  1. Log in
  2. Click on the “gear” icon (user dashboard) on the top right hand side of the website, to get access to your account.
  3. Select Manage Listings, here you will be able to, change any information on your listing.
  4. When you are finished making changes click “save”
  5. Go to the “Edit  tab” to change your account settings such as e-mail address and password.
  6. If you would like to add a new listing, go to the homepage and click on “Submit Family Guide” or “Submit Event”

How to edit your listing

  1. Log in
  2. Click on the “gear” icon (user dashboard) on the top right hand side of the website, to get access to your account.
  3. Select Manage Listings,
  4. When you are finished making changes click “save”

How to request a new password

  1. Click on the Register /Sign in button
  2. Go to the “Request new password” tab
  3. Enter your e-mail address
