If you have a child who requires extra assistance and loves the cinema, this scheme will come in quite handy! The CEA Card is a national card scheme developed for UK cinemas by the UK Cinema Association (UKCA) and allows for one complimentary ticket (yep, that's one FREE ticket!). The card costs £6.00, which covers the cost of processing the application and other admin costs, and is valid for one year. Approximately 90% of cinemas accept this card, to check your local cinema click here

To be eligible you need to receive one of the following benefits:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA);
  • Attendance Allowance (AA);
  • Blind Persons Registration;
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP);
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP).

Once you have sent the application it should take from 7-10 days to receive your card. For more information you can contact them at:
