Mayor to join a ‘wild party’ in the park

The Mayor of Ipswich, Sarah Barber, will be joining in all the fun at Suffolk Wildlife Trust’s “Wild Christmas Party” at Holywells Park.

The celebrations take place on Saturday 2nd December between 11 am and 3 pm and include family-friendly nature activities, quizzes and crafts. You can also find out more about the Ipswich Hedgehog and Closer to Nature projects, with highlights of nocturnal footage unearthing the secrets of the town’s wildlife.

The public is welcome to attend. The Friends of Holywells Park, the Greenways Project and Ipswich Wildlife will also be helping out.
